Therapy is a collaborative, supportive space where we work at your pace. Sessions are focused on understanding your experiences, building insight, and developing ways to cope with emotional, relational, and systemic challenges without judgement or pressure to “fix” yourself

How Sessions Work

  • Sessions are 50 minutes

  • Offered online and in person

  • Frequency is usually weekly or bi-weekly

  • Therapy is confidential and client-led

  • All sessions are queer-affirmative and trauma-informed
