Online Therapy & Mental Health Support
A gentle space to feel heard, supported, and understood
Therapy at your pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out
A little about me
I work with adults navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, identity concerns, and life transitions. My approach is gentle, queer affirmative and trauma-informed, and I aim to make therapy feel less intimidating and more human
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but gently exploring the worlds you’ve had to survive in and finding ways to make those worlds kinder, safer, and more supportive
Outside of my clinical work, I find grounding in volunteering with animal welfare associations, fostering animals when possible, and spending time with creative, hands-on arts & crafts
Online & in-person therapy options
I offer therapy sessions both online and in person.
Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet and can be booked directly through this website
In-person therapy sessions are available at Apollo Clinic. If you’d like to see me in person, you can book an appointment using the Apollo 24/7 or Practo app, based on your preference
